Notice to the shareholders of AC Opp (the “SICAV”)
sub-fund:
AC Opp – Aremus Fund (the “Sub-Fund”)
The shareholders of the SICAV are hereby informed about the following:
A) Aquila Capital Concepts GmbH, with its registered office at Valentinskamp 70, D-20355 Hamburg, Germany, will be dismissed as the SICAV’s Investment Manager. The portfolio management will be performed by the Management Company. This change does not entail any additional costs for shareholders.
B) The existing remuneration for portfolio management services and the Performance Fee for the SICAV will be payed to the Management Company.
The amendments came into effect on 1 January 2016 at 0.00.
The shareholders of the SICAV may redeem their shares free of charges until 5 February 2016 (before 3.00 p.m. (Luxembourg time) at the latest) if they do not agree with the amendments mentioned above. Redemption orders may be submitted to the previously disclosed agents.
The amendments are reflected in the prospectus of the SICAV dated January 2016 which will be available for shareholders at the registered office of the Management Company free of charge. For shareholders in Germany these information are available free of charge from the information agent Aquila Capital Concepts GmbH, Valentinskamp 70, 20355 Hamburg, Germany.
