Die ACMBernstein SICAV hat uns darüber informiert, dass folgender Fonds zum 19. Oktober 2015 liquidiert wurde. Das bedeutet, dass der gesamte Fonds aufgelöst und das angelegte Kapital einschließlich der aufgelaufenen Erträge an die Anteilinhaber anteilig ausgeschüttet wird.

Notice of Liquidation to Distributors of AllianceBernstein – European Flexible Equity Portfolio (the “Portfolio”)
Attention: Corporate action department:
We are writing to inform you that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of AllianceBernstein (the “Fund”), has decided to liquidate the Portfolio with effect on 19 October 2015 (the “Liquidation Date”). Due to the persistent small asset size of the Portfolio and lack of expected AUM increase, the Board believes it is not cost efficient and therefore not in the best interests of shareholders to continue to operate the Portfolio.
Shareholders will be informed. Registered shareholders are being notified of the liquidation, by means of the enclosed notice in accordance with instructions from regulatory authorities in the Portfolio’s home jurisdiction and in each jurisdiction where the Portfolio is distributed.
Operational Matters. Prior to the Liquidation Date, existing shareholders of the Portfolio will be able to redeem or exchange their shares up until 16 October 2015, and may request the exchange of their shares in the Portfolio for the same share class of another AB UCITS portfolio registered in their jurisdiction or otherwise available through your firm’s distribution platform. However, new subscriptions or exchanges into the Portfolio will not be permitted. Any shareholders who have not exchanged or redeemed their shares by 16 October 2015 will receive their net liquidation proceeds by wire transfer to the bank account specified in their AB funds shareholder account records.
