We hereby would like to inform the shareholders of the sub-funds BAKERSTEEL GLOBAL FUNDS SICAV – Strategic Resources Fund and BAKERSTEEL GLOBAL FUNDS SICAV – Precious Metals Fund of BAKERSTEEL GLOBAL FUNDS SICAV (“Investment Company”) about the following changes:
Subfund BAKERSTEEL GLOBAL FUNDS SICAV – Strategic Resources Fund:
Adjustment of the fee structure and the minimum initial investment pursuant to the table below:
Subfund BAKERSTEEL GLOBAL FUNDS SICAV – Precious Metals Fund:
1. Close for subscriptions of share class I2 EUR (ISIN/WKN: LU0357130771/A0Q2FR) [„Soft Close“].
Redemption of shares is still possible. The terms of this share class do not comply with the current economic conditions. Therefore new shareholders are not required. The initial and present shareholders shall be protected in their ownership in shares of the share class.
2. Adjustment of the fee structure and the minimum initial investment pursuant to the table below
Shareholders who do not agree with the afore-mentioned changes may redeem their shares in the respective sub fund respectively share class free of charge until 30. November 2015 (2.00 pm).
